accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Orders, and Cashiers
Checks.
Price Guarantee: We
will match any advertised price on the web. If you see it cheaper,
send us the link on check out and we will match that price. Just
paste the web address in customer notes on check out and we will
adjust the price of that product.

hours after an order is placed.****
Sale Items: Coupon
codes and discounts cannot be used with any sale items.
Return Policy: Bluejeans.com
wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unworn
merchandise with the tags attached may be returned within 10 days
of receiving the shipment for a full refund or an exchange. (See
exceptions below.) Please email our customer service staff at custserv@bluejeans.com
to request an authorization number. This must be done in order to
return your merchandise. Please include a copy of your invoice to
insure proper credit. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit
to appear on your credit card statement. You are responsible for
return shipping costs as well as products lost before they reach
Bluejeans.com. We recommend that you insure your package and use
a shipper, such as UPS or FedEx, where you can track your package.
Please note: We
do not accept returns on embroidered items or Closeout items. Items
that are on sale for 50% off the original price or more are also
considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Processing orders: Orders
received on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12
p.m. EST will be processed same day. Orders received on Friday after
12 p.m. EST will be processed the following Monday.
Modifying your order: If
you wish to modify your order, please contact us toll free at 1-877-JEANS4U
or via email custserv@bluejeans.com. You may modify your order up
until the time we ship out your merchandise.
Canceling your order: Please
contact a customer service representative at 1-877-JEANS4U
or via email custserv@bluejeans.com within 12 hours from the time
of purchase. We will make every attempt to cancel your order.
Out of stock items: If
the items that you ordered are out of stock, you will be contacted
via email. We may also notify you of alternate colors and sizes
if they are available.
Backordered Items: Occasionally
we will take orders for items that are temporarily out of stock.
We expect to receive these items within one week and they will be
shipped to you as soon as we obtain them. You will not be charged
until we ship the item(s) out and you may cancel at any time before
shipping.
Sales Tax: We
only charge sales tax on orders being shipped to New York addresses.
Based on Constitutional guidelines for interstate commerce, states
can only require companies to collect sales tax in states where
they have business operations.
Coupon Codes: Only
one coupon code can be redeemable per order.
Exchanges:
Expedited Exchange: We
will charge you for the new merchandise, waive shipping, and send
it out right away. An expedited exchange allows you to know right
away if the merchandise you want is in stock and when you will receive
it. While you are waiting for your new item, send back your item(s)
and we will credit your account as soon as we receive your return.
Standard Exchange: After
obtaining your return authorization pleasesend back your return
with a complete description of the item you would like to replace
it with. If the merchandise is available, we will send out your
order as soon as possible and charge your account for the shipping
expenses. If the item is not available, we will credit your account
and contact you via email.

All domestic orders are shipped through
USPS or UPS. You may choose from the following options:
USPS and UPS Ground Shipping
0 to $149.99 is $7
$150 plus is shipped free of charge
UPS 2-Day Air $16.00 (2 business days from date
order is processed)
UPS Overnight $25.00 (1 business day from date
order is processed)
*Please note: Your order must be placed
by 12 p.m. EST to receive the next day. There
is no delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
Additionally, shipments to Hawaii / Alaska will
be shipped via 2-day air. All orders shipping to Hawaii / Alaska
will be changed to reflect this additional cost if the chosen shipping
method does not meet or exceed this standard.
International Orders
All international order are shipped via United
States Postal Service.
For orders with international billing addresses, we require our
customers to fax us a copy of their identification and credit card.
This is a security measure that we need to take in order to verify
billing addresses.
Canada shipping is $10.00 and all other countries
are $30. International customers are responsible for any additional
customs, taxes and or tariffs.
