Field Enterprise Account Manager

Blue Jeans Network is adding a regionally located Enterprise Account Manager for the Midwest. Located in Chicago and reporting to the VP of Sales in California, this position will be responsible for driving the sales process from discovery to close and contributing to overall advancement of corporate sales goals. The right candidate will be an energetic person with passion and innate drive to excel at any task. He/she will have 6-10 years of sales experience that includes solution sales in a SaaS environment. As is typical with start-ups, this role goes beyond a traditional function – the person must have the ability to act independently in an unstructured environment, operate proactively and have a passion/appreciation for the vision and mission of the company. The role includes the following:
Role & Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potential

Contact prospects and partners through, but not limited to, video calls, phone calls, email and trade shows

Execute a sales process from discovery, solution, pricing, negotiation, and close

Define/drive improvements to the sales process

Drive relevancy and alignment with C-Level Executives

Collaborate with business development, marketing, product management and engineering to facilitate new programs, campaigns, and offerings

Mentor other team members and demonstrate sales leadership through example
Qualifications

6-10 years of software or technical services sales experience

Experience selling to Fortune 1000 Accounts in assigned geographic territory

Highly Motivated; Can work in a rapidly growing company and industry

Listen to customers; Tailor messages to customers based on their needs

Aggressively hunts for new sales opportunities and follows up professionally on leads.

Ability to communicate the value of Blue Jeans’ products in a clear and succinct manner

Strong self-starter who is a team player and can work independently

Passion to be on a team with the vision to radically change the way we communicate and connect

BS or BA in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
