New features
Updated support for trusted room settings
Endpoints designated as trusted rooms may bypass the lobby when joining a meeting. To use this feature, the meeting organizer should allow everyone, people in my organization, trusted organizations, or guests to bypass the lobby.
Large Gallery view advanced support
Users may now initiate the Large Gallery view feature in Gateway-enabled endpoints. Users can switch to BlueJeans-enabled layouts by pressing *9 on the remote (DTMF tones).
Content share restriction notifications
A Teams client can only share its screen or a window with a VTC system; sharing content from Excel Live, PowerPoint Live, OneDrive, and the whiteboard is not supported.
If a meeting user attempts to use an unsupported application to share content, Gateway-enabled VTCs will display a notification banner on the screen advising the participant to share the entire screen.
Fit-to-Frame support
All Gateway-enabled endpoints now support the fit-to-frame option by default, so meeting users can have a full view of attendees in a meeting room rather than a cropped frame image.
