What is the difference between the two packages? How do I know which to buy?

The “Standard�? package is for individuals and small teams who are getting started with video conferencing and don't require access to BlueJeans’ IT management tools or third-party integrations, like with Slack or Microsoft Teams. The “Pro�? package is well-suited for individuals and teams of all sizes that want higher participant counts, advanced meeting analytics, and access to third-party integrations. How many Standard or Pro meetings licenses (hosts) can I buy online?

As many as you wish. However, if you're looking for a larger number of meeting hosts, we'd be happy to discuss your specific requirements. Click here to contact us.

Who can buy BlueJeans online?

Anyone who is not on an active Enterprise meeting plan can buy online. Enterprise plans are typically plans administered by your employer or large organizations.

Which currencies are available?

Over 60 currencies are now available. See the list above.

How do I access my subscription details to review or change my billing information, hosts, and plan, as well as review past invoices?

Can I upgrade and add more hosts online?

Yes! Log in to "My BlueJeans", select "Admin", and choose "Billing Management" in the left column. Then navigate to "License Details" and "Edit Plan", select your new number of hosts, and save your changes.

Can I upgrade from the Standard to Pro plan?

Yes! Log in to "My BlueJeans", select "Admin", and in Billing Management under License Details > Upgrade to My Team package

How do I change my billing plan from Monthly to Annual?

Contact Support to make billing changes to your existing plan.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to "My BlueJeans", select "Admin", and choose "Billing Management" in the left column. Then navigate to "License Details" and "Edit Plan" to cancel your subscription.
