Responsibilities:
- Build a test-driven engineering culture that drives improvements in quality.
- Drive and lead technical architecture of automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with the development leads to define and drive best practices for automated functional testing.
- Work closely with other functional groups to define priorities, direction and timelines.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
Requirements:- Have at least 8+ years of experience in a QE/QA function in SaaS or consumer web applications
- Hands-on and proven experience in building and maintaining automation test suites and
- framework, adept at functional test, non-functional test (API/performance/resilience/chaos) is required.
- Experience in mitigating customer escalations and ability to follow up with partner teams in establishing a closure.
- Good knowledge of programming languages like Java/python/ and test frameworks like TestNG and should be proficient with latest CI/CD industry practices and tools.
- Current experience with cloud technologies within the AWS domain is beneficial as is experience with microservice architecture like Docker, Kubernetes etc.
- Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal.
