Rooms as a Service (RaaS) is a monthly subscription service that allows the customer to pay one monthly fee for the hardware, software, warranty, and support.

Split Screen Share Options
BlueJeans Rooms now supports additional layout features for single screen meeting rooms. Single screen meeting rooms can now display the meeting attendees and shared screen content side-by-side. This is an adjustable setting, allowing users to adjust the ratio between the attendees and content as desired. More details here
Rooms MultiService 2.0: Teams Direct Guest Join (GA)
BlueJeans Rooms will now support joining of MS Teams meeting using Direct Guest Join Support without any need of additional licenses or infrastructure. Please check here for more details

This release will now enable Relay controlled endpoints to send DTMF commands during active calls. With this release of endpoints.sendDtmf API support, Bluejeans Relay users can have access to all the DTMF enabled in meeting controls during Supported Control Protocols are Cisco/Tandberg, Polycom RealPresence Group, Polycom Studio X/G7500, Polycom Debut, Polycom HDX, Lifesize Icon, and Lifesize Room/Express/Team.
